Packwaukee Holds Veteran’s Memorial Dedication

Veterans from across the county met in Packwaukee this past weekend to celebrate the dedication of the new Veteran’s Memorial in Washington Square Park. Keith Bagley, who had been instrumental in seeing the memorial project to completion, began the program by thanking a large number of groups and people who had helped make the memorial a reality

Packwaukee’s Heritage Days Are Back!

The Marquette County Tribune Celebrates Retirement of Long Time Editor

This past week the Marquette County Tribune’s (MCT) long-time editor, manager, salesperson and wearer of many hats, Mary Faltz, retired after 43 years of working for the newspaper. If you are under 50 you probably don’t remember anyone other than Mary being in charge of the MCT. The MCT has been in existence in one form or another since 1859.
