Endeavor Broiler Fest set for this weekend, Friday and Saturday, July 14-15

Make your plans now to visit Endeavor on its biggest weekend of the year, the Endeavor Lions 67th Annual Broiler Festival, taking place July 14-15, and sponsored by the Endeavor Lions Club.

The Broiler Festival once again is a weekend filled with events at Endeavor’s Village Park, including their big Chicken BBQ Dinner, served on Saturday, July 15th.

Friday, July 14th, starts the event off with a euchre tournament running from 7:00-9:00 p.m., along with a softball tournament, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

On Saturday, July 15th, the day begins with more of the softball tournament, beginning at 9:00 a.m. along with the antique farm and tractor pull. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m.

The big “World Famous Chicken BBQ” serves up delicious, barbequed chicken starting at 11:00 a.m. Come hungry for an excellent meal!  Entertainment will be provided by the Art Ford Trio. 

Bring the kids for the pedal pull, starting at 11:30 a.m., with registration beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Test your skills in the bean bag tournament, which begins at 12 noon. Registration opens at 11:00 a.m.

Bingo games will be played from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. There will be a Marquette County K-9 demonstration at 4:45 p.m. Then be sure to bring the kids for the money drop at 7:00 p.m. This event is open to kids ages 10 and under. 

From 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., enjoy DJ music on the grounds. Live music by “Riled Up” takes the stage at 8:00 p.m.

At 8:00 p.m., the Lions will hold their big raffle drawing.
