Westfield Forensics team places first at the South Central Conference meet at Adams-Friendship


The Westfield Forensics team placed first at the conference contest at Adams-Friendship on Monday, January 28.  Other conference schools participating in the contest were Mauston, Adams-Friendship, Wautoma, and Wisconsin Dells.  Westfield dominated the contest by placing first in 11 of the 15 categories.

Westfield students who earned first place conference medals in their category were Spencer Cuff in Radio Speaking; Ana Lovas in Public Address; Cortney Runnels in Oratory; Ross Dahlke in Extemporaneous Speaking; Lindsay Lechner in Four Minute; Belle Roberts in Special Occasion; Kayley Tibbits in Solo Acting Serious; Zane Kittleson in Solo Humorous; Taylor Olstadt in Demonstration; Katelyn Bude in Farrago; and David Shuma, Spencer Klump, Isaac Mades, and Josh Hart in Group Interpretation.

Pioneers who earned second place honors in their category were Hunter Cummings in Radio Speaking; Hailey McLaughlin in Solo Serious; Nick Eggleston in Moments in History; Tessandra Ratdke in Poetry.
